Why limit eating delicious tacos to just once a week? Enjoy tacos every day that ends with -y at Azul! We offer two main categories of tacos: street tacos and specialty tacos. Here are all the details you need to know about the options on the Azul menu: 

Azul’s Street Tacos

• Gluten-free (made with corn tortillas)
• Topped with onions, cilantro, and lime wedges
• Served alongside unique taqueria sauces for dipping
• Rice and refried beans can be added for a small upcharge

Our street tacos are a huge hit, whether you share an order as an appetizer or eat all 3 tacos yourself! Choose from 4 different varieties: pork al pastor (pork shoulder marinated in pineapple and chili sauce), chicken al carbon (marinated wood-fired chicken breast), house-made chorizo, and carne asada (marinated wood-fired skirt steak). 

Azul’s Specialty Tacos

• Crispy shell or flour tortillas
• Ask about swapping to corn tortillas to make the dish gluten-free!
• Served with rice, refried beans, and taco sauces

We take great pride in the unique specialty tacos on the Azul menu. From the first bite, you’ll be bombarded with bold and fresh flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Some of the most popular options include the birria-style tacos, braised beef and our top-secret spice mix, onion, and cilantro with a special consomme dipping sauce, as well as the shrimp tacos with marinated cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro puree, and roasted jalapenos. Of course, we also have classic tacos like ground beef and pork carnitas, but if you’re in the mood to try something new, we suggest the one-of-a-kind Nashville hot tacos! We fry chicken breasts until they’re nice and crispy, then toss them in our house-made Nashville hot sauce. After nestling the chicken into flour tortillas, we pile it high with slaw, lime crema, cilantro puree, and pickles.

Tacos and tequila…is there any better food and drink pairing? Seriously, you won’t want to skip our full menu of specialty drinks and cocktails! We use premium tequilas such as 1800 Respado, Black Sheep Blanco, Herradura, Don Julio, Altos, and Casamigos, as well as local tequilas by Junction 35! Try flavors like mango, strawberry, watermelon, or kiwi when you order a margarita flight or enjoy a frozen or spicy marg instead. Other tequila cocktails on the Azul Menu include the Rhinestone Cowboy, the Spicy Mexican Mule, and the Loco Melon!
