A meal this delicious deserves to be shared! We take a Colossal Compark-Dorac Farms pork chop and cook it to perfection so that it's packed with juices full of authentic flavor. We serve it with an Argentinian chimichurri, pickled onion, cilantro, fajita boat, tortillas, charro beans and rice. This irresistible dish makes a great choice to share with your sweetheart on date night!

3. Birria Tacos

There’s truly something for everyone at our Pigeon Forge restaurant, and these Birria Tacos might just become your new favorite thing ever!
